Job Title
8+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with 3+ years in Data/AI/ML architecture roles. Proven experience with Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL. Prior experience in Data Engineering is mandatory. Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). Experience building autonomous agents or multi agent systems for task orchestration. Familiarity with BRD structures and business process modeling. Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and cloud platforms especially Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
