Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Turquoise Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health concerns and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective and holistic treatment approaches.

• Participating in regular peer review sessions and case consultations to contribute to our collective knowledge and improve overall care quality.

• Providing educational resources for clients and their families concerning mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
