The Director of Corporate Development will serve as the primary architect of CSC Generation's inorganic growth strategy, owning the full M&A lifecycle from sourcing and thesis development through diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves developing and refining corporate development strategy, conducting comprehensive market research to identify acquisition targets and partnership opportunities in the retail and consumer sectors, and leading end-to-end M&A processes including target prioritization, operational and financial due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and deal structuring.Key responsibilities include financial modeling and investment thesis development for acquisition targets, risk assessment and mitigation strategy development, post-merger integration planning to plug acquired brands into the Genesis platform, and building relationships with executive leadership, board members, investors, and potential partners.Success at 6-12 months means a structured deal pipeline with clear investment theses, at least one transaction moved through diligence or closed, and integration frameworks that allow acquired brands to operate on the Genesis platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
