- Position: School Physical Therapist (PT)
- Location: Illinois
- School Year: 2026-2027
- Hours and Caseload: 4 days/week (28-30 hours) supporting K-12th grade
- Evaluate students' gross motor skills and functional mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work onsite (virtual candidates are not being considered).
