Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Assist customers with processing orders and handling returns or exchange
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their

experience

• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening test
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Clear, concise and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional active listening skills
• Empathetic mindset to build trust and rapport with our participants
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Must be able to remain calm and composed when interacting with our participants
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A polished demeanor and a high level of personal responsibility
• Bilingual, English/Spanish is highly favorable
