Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and post-implementation review for manufacturing investments.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial impacts.
• Assist in the annual planning process and ongoing reforecasting for manufacturing divisions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for data extraction and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex financial models in Excel or other modeling software.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting financial insights.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their financial implications.
