As a Dining Services Coordinator, you lead the community's dining and hospitality operationsdelivering exceptional service, high-quality meals, and an outstanding resident experience.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee food preparation and service in alignment with Sunrise culinary programs
• Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning
• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals
• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives

You serve as both a culinary leader and hospitality championensuring quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Pay Range: 64,376.00 - 80,600.00
