All Shifts Available (Morning, Swing, Overnight)
As a Robot Data Collector , you'll wear motion-capture (MoCap) suits and VR equipment to perform real-world movements that help train intelligent robotic systems. Your contributions will play a key role in teaching robots how to move, interact, and perform tasks more naturally and safely.

What You'll Do- Wear a motion-capture suit and VR headset to perform a variety of natural human movements
- Generate high-quality motion data used to train AI and robotic systems
- Follow movement scenarios and interaction protocols
- Identify and report technical issues or inconsistencies during data collection
- Provide feedback to improve processes and data quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Comfortable being physically active for up to 8 hours per shift
- Comfortable wearing a VR headset and motion-capture equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Schedule OptionsChoose one weekly rotation:
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Saturday – Wednesday
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
