Executive Assistant Performs executive level support activities for executive‑level leaders. Working under the direction of an executive level employee, the Executive Assistant handles sensitive administrative duties with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Serves as the customer service face of the department, assists with staffing and payroll matters, works with the timekeeping and payroll programs to ensure staff are paid appropriately, and does other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma and at least one year experience in an Administrative Assistant or related role. Must have basic Microsoft Office skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Prefer more than two years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or related role and experience with Meditech, Kronos, or other related software.
