How you will create impact:As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of products while fostering an agile and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, managing product timelines, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.Responsibilities:Ensure products and features are delivered on time with desired business outcomesFoster a positive team environment that promotes productivity, creativity, and high performanceCollect and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practicesDevelop and maintain execution plans, including timelines, key milestones, and resource capacity managementMonitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessaryIdentify and engage with all relevant stakeholders, including teams, executives, business usersManage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaborationFacilitate agile (scrum and kanban) ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach and mentor team members on agile practices to ensure continuous improvement.Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and work to resolve conflictsWork closely with the Product Owners to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldPMP, CSPO, CSM or other relevant certifications requiredProven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile environmentStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and LeanExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex issues effectivelyProficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Rally or JiraVeterans are encouraged to apply. #LI-CM1 #LI-AIG #AI #GenAI #ScrumMasterAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
