Job Title: RN Stepdown

As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will deliver exceptional care to patients who need meticulous observation and advanced nursing interventions, positioned between the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and medical-surgical levels.

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Manage cardiac and telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Guide and mentor patients and their families through the care process.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients.

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in a stepdown, ICU, or similar nursing environment is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
