Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse for Stepdown Unit

Our organization in Savannah, GA is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Stepdown unit. This role is essential for delivering intricate bedside care to patients who are transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to medical-surgical units.

• Conduct continuous assessments and monitor telemetry for patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate and implement multidisciplinary care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Engage actively in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety within the unit.

• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in critical care or stepdown nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
