Job Opportunity: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization, located in Savannah, GA, is on the lookout for a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our medical-surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes for adult patients with a variety of medical conditions.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal care.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain precise documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and infection control measures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
