CNAs provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan, assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care, understand and practice infection control procedures, comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals, and report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately.
To be successful in this role, you should have completed a CNA/STNA Course/State Licensed, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a service mentality and a thirst for learning, a positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset, and excellent attendance and commitment to resident care.
