AI-Enabled Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead

Meta Reality Labs is seeking a Strategy, Planning & Operations Manager to build the infrastructure and processes that scale our marketing organization. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage executive reviews, and champion AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and quality.
Reporting to the SPOL Lead, Reality Labs Marketing, you will guide planning, headcount, and investment decisions in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment.
