Senior Technology Alliances Manager (Artificial Intelligence)

Responsibilities As a Senior Technology Alliances Manager – AI Partnerships, you will lead and expand Ping’s AI-focused technology alliances, driving co-innovation, co-market, and co-sell initiatives that position Ping as the identity foundation for AI-powered enterprises. Reporting to the Director of Technology Alliances, this role requires a strategic partnership leader who understands AI ecosystems, thrives in a rapidly evolving landscape, and is passionate about building differentiated, revenue-generating partnerships. Manage and grow a portfolio of AI-centric technology partners within the Ping ecosystem. Align partnership priorities with Ping’s product roadmap and AI strategy. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop secure, scalable integrations between Ping’s identity platform and AI partner solutions. Support partners in leveraging Ping APIs, SDKs, orchestration, and identity services to deliver differentiated joint solutions. Ensure integrations support secure human and non-human (machine/agentic) identities. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives including solution briefs, field enablement, campaigns, and co-selling motions. Develop compelling AI-powered identity use cases that resonate with enterprise buyers. Track and optimize partnership performance across pipeline contribution, adoption, and revenue impact. Facilitate executive-level collaboration between Ping and partner leadership. Own strategic initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders. Provide partners with the resources, enablement, and guidance needed to succeed within Ping’s ecosystem. Assist the Technology Alliances team with program direction, governance, and ecosystem evolution.
