Production Lead ‑ North Vernon, IN HIRING IMMEDIATELY Compensation $29.00 per hour ($1.50 shift premium) Available Shift 6:30 pm – 7:00 am (2‑2‑3 schedule with every other weekend off) Contact Text to apply: View phone number on click.appcast.io (928‑NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Production Lead assists the Production Supervisor in overseeing, supervising, training, developing, and supporting production and material‑handling employees. Primarily works hands‑on on the plant floor, spending substantial time with all shift employees. Leads by example and is directly responsible for improving safety, quality, teamwork, performance, and achieving all production goals. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre‑employment background and drug screen. Will work overtime as required. Completes training courses as determined by management.
