This role works closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, various internal stakeholders, and external partners to help coordinate projects, maintain digital content, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role provides broad exposure to digital marketing, marketing technology, and brand marketing efforts supporting Broan-NuTone and BEST products.Support and continuously optimize Broan Branded web properties, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date product content, specifications, benefits, and technical documentation.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and precise updates to the project scope at hand.Assist in QA/testing processes to validate site content, functionality, and user experience.Develop regular analytics reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.Maintain a brand/channel project tracker, ensuring visibility, accountability, and proactive risk identification within digital marketing strategies.Support the development of new web properties and enhancements (website updates, blog content creation, media campaigns) with vendor partners, delivering optimized user experiences.Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and competitive activity, proactively recommending improvements.Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team with strong attention to detail, and on time.Partner with Brand / Channel leadership to establish and maintain a go-to-market plan for all key product launches.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Strong understanding of CMS platforms is preferred.At Broan NuTone, we take pride in offering exceptional benefit packages and a highly competitive pay structure to our employees.
