PROGRAM MANAGER

1. Supply Chain Management: Manage OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners.2. Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with DJI's product development and operations teams.3. Trial Production Support: Oversee on-site management of assembly and SMT manufacturing partners, responsible for R&D trial production management, risk mitigation, and production ramp-up.4. On-Time Delivery: Develop production capacity and supply plans to ensure DJI's production targets are met.5. Quality Control: Supervise OEM delivery quality to ensure deliverables meet DJI's quality standards.6. Risk Mitigation**: Assess technical and business risks based on data analysis and develop appropriate risk mitigation contingency plans. Requirements: 1. Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in production management.2. Familiarity with SMT and assembly processes, manufacturing systems, and quality control points for electronic products.3. Knowledge of production processes and quality standards for electronic components and structural parts.4. Familiarity with the ISO9001 quality management system; auditing experience is a plus.5. Project management knowledge and experience in product introduction; PMP certification is preferred.6. Proficiency in Vietnamese + Chinese or Vietnamese + English; candidates with proficiency in both Chinese and English are preferred.7.
