General Labor / Warehouse Associate - North Aurora
Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor / Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution facility in North Aurora, IL. In this versatile role, you will perform a variety of essential manual tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Shift Patterns
- Friday to Tuesday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM
Pay Rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
Role Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and trucks.
- Sort, stack, and secure items onto pallets and prepare goods for transport.
- Assist with basic assembly, ticketing, kitting, or rework tasks as assigned.
- Move inventory throughout the facility using manual or electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
