• Wage range: $28.00 - $32.00/hour based on experience
• Schedule: This is a Full-Time position, M-F, 8:30am - 5pm. 

How you will make an impact: 

• As a Maintenance Manager you will use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents.
• You will be responsible for the overall management of building maintenance and physical grounds in accordance with our established procedures. 
• You will also work in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs.
• The Maintenance Manager will also assist with the transportation of residents to and from local appointments and/or doctors' appointments if required.  
• You will also be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance staff. 

What you will need: 

• Must maintain a license for the operation and maintenance of boilers.
• Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license, insurable under company policy and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Obtain a Medical Card to maintain ability to drive bus on a normal basis.
• 1+ years of building maintenance experience.
