NW Natural is seeking an HR Administrator to support the Benefits team in implementing and maintaining health and welfare programs. The role covers inquiries, elections, communications, and reporting, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. You will collaborate across partners and vendors, assist with open enrollment, and help manage COBRA, FSA/HSA files, and benefit data in SAP HRIS.
