Surgical Technologist - Highlands Operating Room - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview

Pay range: $20.30 - $33.00 / hour

Shifts: multiple/flexible/rotating

Schedules: 6:30am - 5:00pm, 6:30am - 7:00pm

As part of our Perioperative Services, you'll work in one of the nation's largest and most dynamic surgical departments dedicated to advancing surgical care, featuring more than 60 state-of-the-art operating suites where more than 41,000 surgeries are completed annually. Job Description

To scrub and assist surgical team during basic surgical procedures. To prepare and maintain the environment, medical equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures. To follow hospital regulations and industry procedures regarding patient care. To pre-operatively prepare patient. To transport patient to and from the operating room as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Certified upon completion of the Surgical Technologist program or eligible to sit for certification within six months of being hired.
