The following is a list of types of surgeries/procedures performed: Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Obstetrics/gynecology, General surgery, and Endoscopy.

The Speare Surgical Services Unit consists of 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Endoscopy Suite.

40-50 cases per week

Cases per day vary due to service line: 1-4 or 5-12 Endos

• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association PALS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
• License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
• All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission
• Permanent address must be included in submission file [REQUIRED]
• RTO - please be mindful and limit RTO requests as this is a small, critical access facility.
