- Experience: 1+ year in respiratory care, home healthcare experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $32 – $36/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid in two installments)

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide personalized respiratory therapy
- Educate patients on respiratory equipment and device usage
- Adjust ventilator settings and troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices
- Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely
- Provide ongoing support through follow-up calls
- Travel within service areas using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Respond to on-call ventilator issues as needed
- Maintain compliance with health and safety policies, including mask fit testing
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- BLS certification
- Willingness to travel within designated service areas
- Preferred:
- Clinical home healthcare or respiratory care experience
- Completion of an accredited respiratory therapist program
- Experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea devices, or wound care
