Project Manager (Media Creative Team)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with media, marketing, and creative teams to plan and execute high-quality creative assets across design, video, motion graphics, audio, and copy for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. Manage creative projects from kickoff to completion by building timelines, assigning tasks, tracking deliverables, and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, changes, and next steps. Support campaign execution by coordinating content captures, video shoots, production needs, timelines, and budgets. Track project spending and available funds for content-related budget lines, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources. Lead creative asset coordination for key events and initiatives, including Pop Ups, Elevation Nights, and other ministry moments. Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration by working with departments across the church, maintaining awareness of the church calendar, and identifying timely content opportunities. Champion a healthy team culture by encouraging collaboration, unity, clear communication, and a positive work environment. Help resolve challenges by promoting constructive dialogue, clarifying expectations, and aligning solutions with Elevation Church’s values.

MUST-HAVES

Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including Excel, Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, and related collaboration tools. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and leadership levels. Sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities, capable of navigating competing priorities and solving problems proactively. Thrives in collaborative environments, brings a team-first mindset, and is committed to continuous learning and personal growth. Adaptable, resourceful, and able to pivot quickly as ministry needs and priorities evolve.

Experience working in a non-profit enviroment or ministry setting Familiarity with Elevation Church Experience in managing or caring for a team Experience with social media Experience with Slack and Asana Day-to-Day: We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment . Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun ! You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people.
