Lead Teacher – Champions Program Lead educators who support elementary‑aged children during out‑of‑school time at school grounds, partnering with administrators and students to promote inspired and advanced learning. Responsibilities Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in classroom settings; model behaviors and provide constructive feedback. Implement the curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Partner and connect with parents, fostering shared goals for child care and education. Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Qualifications Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task effectively. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAEYC candidacy. Approved state trainer (preferred). 2–3 years of early childhood education experience (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (preferred). Compliance with state educational qualifications or willingness to obtain. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Proficiency with computers; able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors. Physical capability to interact safely with children, including visual and auditory engagement. English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency for communication with children and parents. Compensation Range: $19.45 – $25.35 per hour Benefits Discounted child care benefits for your family.
