This role is tailored for individuals passionate about customer service within a dynamic consumer-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist clients with inquiries related to consumer products, order management, and fulfillment processes. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, striving for effective solutions. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information. Document customer interactions systematically to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues as they arise. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer goods sector. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction. Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team-driven environment.
