Travel Nurse (RN) - Tele (Telemetry)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MedSurg/Telemetry - 5 East

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week

Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NH/Compact License
• 2+ years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Cerner experience preferred

Other Details:

• High Acuity Med Surg floor / Respiratory Care Unit
• Common diagnoses: PNA, COPD exacerbation, GI bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end of life, wounds
• 20 beds in unit; ratios 1:5, sometimes 1:6
• May be requested to float to other facilities within the health system
• Will accept 1st-time travelers
• Will need to complete a Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding, preferred score of 80%
• Skills Checklist matching specialty required at submission
• NURSYS report for license verification required
• Driver's license address must match demographics
• Badge photo required
• Locals accepted within 50 miles
