Hiring Now – Assemblers / Production Helper

Location: Jefferson City, TN

Pay Rate: $18.32/hr (weekly pay)

Hours: Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

OT: Fridays & Saturdays when needed

We’re adding Assemblers/Production Helpers to support the building of industrial equipment. This role offers steady work, hands‑on tasks, and the chance to move into a long‑term position.

Daily Tasks:

• Use basic tools to put parts together
• Follow simple instructions from diagrams or written guides
• Keep materials organized and ready for the next step
• Help your team stay on schedule
• Keep your work area clean and safe

Requirements:

• Able to lift 25 lbs
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Some experience with tools or basic mechanical work
• Able to listen, learn, and follow directions
• Dependable attendance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.32 - $18.32/hr.
