Combined with Publicis Media’s powerhouse soul leveraging connected data assets, advanced AI applications, and investment clout, we “Bring HEAT to Brands.” No other agency possesses the expertise that we do to address today’s most pressing challenges to drive business transformation through media.OverviewResponsible for generating strategic media initiatives and leading all aspects of media planning for key client account.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategy to define the future direction of Client businessActively listen to Clients and continually identify opportunities to lead thinkingTeam leader for Client interaction fostering positive relationshipsIdentifies key target insights based on Client brief necessary for formulating communication strategyEvaluates composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach the target audienceEffectively communicates and solicits agreement of best opportunities for ClientEnsure the quality of work for all Client deliverablesServes as key resource for local markets in defining media strategy and media plansSupervising, training, and developing staff (managing workload, delegating, and managing projects and resources, performance management)Develop process improvements and best practices to ensure consistency, flexibility, and efficiency resulting in solutions that meet or exceed Client expectationsServes as leadership and content development coordinator for all Client presentationsAbility to cross sell interagency products and servicesCollaborate with business intelligence/analytics, data and investment teams to identify consumer learning needs and drive consumer insight generation, analysis/interpretationQualifications10+ years of relevant experience with progressive levels of responsibility and business acumen in marketing and communications and team managementMust have online and offline media experience.Offline experience will be TV, Print, Radio, OOH.Online experience will consist of Display, Search, Social, and Mobile, and Content Marketing.Fluency with Media Tools and solid understanding of Digital Planning toolsProven experience and success in presenting plans to Client and influencing top level Client decisionsDemonstrated critical thinking skill and strong problem-solving skills – navigates effectively through difficult issues, builds required consensus to drive business needs and resultsExcellent leadership, management and motivational skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills – effectively presents formal POV internally and externallyExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skillsStrong Client presentation skills and business writing skillsDemonstrated expertise in strategic planning and Client relationsDetail oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Critical assessor of talent – builds and motivates high performing teamsAble to direct long range planning and the development of programs to maximize organizational resourcesDesign and manage projects, resources, stakeholders, participants, and deadlinesHigh results orientation and able to effectively juggle and prioritize many competing demands – high tolerance to effectively manage change Additional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
