Machine Build Readiness Coordinator

Job Title

Pay Range: $17.00hr - $22.00hr

Requirement/Must Have

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Mechanically inclined with general technical understanding.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) parts and custom machine components.
• Monitor and track the status of outstanding parts to ensure timely availability.
• Consolidate and stage COTS and machined components in preparation for assembly.
• Obtain, print, and organize required documentation (e.g., TLAs, schematics, work instructions).
• Act as a liaison between technicians, the machine shop, and requesters to resolve issues such as incorrect, missing, or delayed parts.
• Package, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipment.
• Notify requesters upon completion and readiness for delivery.
