Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay: $25hr DOE Day shift with consistent hours Opportunity to use and expand your Fusion 360 skills Work closely with experienced fabricators and welders Long-term opportunity with a growing shop What You'll Be Doing Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Fusion 360 Develop accurate shop drawings and fabrication plans for steel projects Convert sketches, measurements, and project requirements into detailed CAD drawings Prepare drawings and files for cutting, welding, bending, and fabrication Review designs for accuracy, fit, dimensions, and manufacturability Make revisions based on field measurements and fabrication requirements Work closely with welders, fabricators, and management to resolve design issues Maintain organized CAD files and project revisions Ensure drawings are accurate and ready for production What We're Looking For CAD experience required Autodesk Fusion 360 experience strongly preferred Experience with steel fabrication, welding, or metal manufacturing preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings Strong understanding of dimensions, measurements, and tolerances Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to visualize how CAD designs translate into fabricated steel components Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a shop environment and communicating with production staff Location/Region: Fort Collins, CO #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals
