Outpatient Psychiatrist
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our established outpatient behavioral health practice in High Point, NC. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.
Opportunity Highlights
- 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
- No inpatient responsibilities or hospital coverage requirements
- Telehealth opportunities available
- Average of 18-20 patient visits per day
- Shared call schedule, approximately one week every fifth week
- Competitive salary with RVU incentive potential
Join a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, therapists, and nursing professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
Training and/or Experience Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
