Network Operations Analyst

Seeking a motivated individual for a full-time remote Network Operations Analyst II position, responsible for proactively monitoring customer network infrastructure, managing trouble tickets, and performing basic troubleshooting to enhance broadband and telecommunications initiatives. Key responsibilities Actively monitor customer network infrastructure using established NOC tools to identify issues and respond to alarms Create, work, and update trouble tickets for network issues with accuracy and attention to detail Perform initial diagnosis of connectivity issues by following Standard Operating Procedures and troubleshooting guides Required qualifications 1-3 years of work experience in a NOC or technical support environment Strong understanding of Internet connectivity, IP addressing, and the function of routers/switches High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred Proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a technical support capacity Familiarity with general computing and ability to master new network monitoring software quickly
