Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

** Responsibilities: **

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
Oversight on invoices and receiving payments
Performing all payroll functions including generating payroll weekly, quarterly payroll tax filings, as well as annual W2 and 1099 processing
Cash management oversight
Generation of monthly financial statements

** Qualifications: **

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
BS in Accounting a plus
Experience with Sage and QB Enterprise preferred
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
