Join our dietary team as a Cook and help prepare and serve nutritious, delicious meals that meet the needs of our residents. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer evening hours, we have a shift for you! Job Duties: Open or close the kitchen and operate equipment safely Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety Supervise dietary aides and maintain food quality standards Set up hydration and hospitality carts Clean steam tables, prep areas, and kitchen equipment Wash pots and pans, sweep, and follow daily cleaning schedules Complete pre-prep tasks for upcoming meals Qualifications: Must be able to read and write in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail Team-oriented with good communication skills Help us serve up care and comfort— and become a valued part of our culinary team!
