Corporate Finance Manager

OBJECTIVE The Corporate Finance Manager will support core financial planning, modeling, mergers and acquisitions and executive-level reporting activities across the business. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Leadership, with direct exposure to senior management, board-level materials, and investor-facing content. The Corporate Finance Manager will play a key role in evaluating and executing the Company’s M&A strategy, with primary responsibility for financial analysis, valuation, and transaction support. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to assess strategic opportunities, support transaction execution, and data-driven decision-making aligned with the Company’s long-term value creation objectives. This position requires a high-performing individual with strong technical financial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain financial models to support corporate planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Support development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans Support end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, evaluation, due diligence, and execution Assist in structuring transactions and evaluating key terms, including consideration mix, governance, and timing Valuation & Financial Analysis Prepare board materials and executive-level presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with strategic priorities Assist in creation and refinement of investor relations materials, including earnings support and external messaging Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making across operations and corporate functions Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize data into actionable outputs Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis Maintain high standards of data integrity, organization, and version control across deliverables Other duties and responsibilities as assigned EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a highly analytical finance role Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-ready materials) Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and corporate finance concepts Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
