Bring your leadership expertise to our ohana ! Hawaiian Bros is seeking an experienced multi-unit District Manager to lead and expand our brand across Arizona. This hands-on role is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels in the field—coaching teams, developing people, boosting profitability, and championing our culture of spreading positivity through the aloha spirit. 

Key Responsibilities

• People & Culture: Lead, mentor, and build a pipeline of Restaurant Managers; partner with HR on hiring, development, and employee relations while fostering accountability and recognition.
• Operations & Finance: Drive P&L performance, sales growth, labor/food cost controls, and operational excellence through regular, active restaurant visits.
• Guest Experience & Compliance: Maintain high standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and the "Aloha spirit," while ensuring full compliance with food safety, labor laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership, including multi-unit experience.
• Proven track record in P&L management, driving performance, and developing leadership talent.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly within Arizona.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (experience and results prioritized).
