Job role: Senior Quality Analyst Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite required) Duration: 12 months+ Client: Flagstar Bank Description: The role involves ensuring the quality of software applications or products before they reach end users. Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects or issues.
- Review and analyze data, providing accurate feedback.
- Collaborate with different departments to meet quality standards.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- Experience: (i) 8 Years of experience in quality analysis or another analytic role. (ii) 3 years of experience with software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and software process improvement methods
- Previous experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience with Wires and ACH is required
