Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Operating out of Arlington, you'll work as a lease-purchase flatbed driver securing and hauling freight on regional assignments, completing DOT-compliant logs, and performing systematic inspections.

Compensation & equipment:

• Earn 80% of gross with expected weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000.
• Access a lease-to-own program enabling ownership within one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.
