Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics is hiring lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Bethesda, MD, combining competitive pay with a fast track to ownership. You’ll receive 80% of gross, often earning $7,500–$10,000 weekly, and access a lease-to-own plan designed to transition drivers into ownership within a year.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate flatbed equipment to move freight safely and on time.
• Secure cargo, install tarps and load restraints, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Complete detailed pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and our around-the-clock support staff.
