What You’ll Do

Engage with homeowners through direct, face-to-face outreach
Build rapport and schedule appointments for our Solar Sales Professionals
Help families understand how to reduce energy costs
Stay sharp with team meetings, product training, and skill development

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Comfortable being on your feet and working outdoors
Reliable transportation and a smartphone
2+ years of sales experience preferred but not required
