Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including handling workplace disputes and advising clients on related matters Extensive experience in Employment Litigation, including managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings Proficiency in conducting thorough legal Research and analysis to support case strategy Strong skills in writing and filing Motions, as well as other legal documentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Track record of successfully handling complex legal cases, including high-value claims NY Bar license and CA Bar license is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
