Location: Los Angeles, CA Labor & Employment Associate (Mid–Senior Level) A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior Associate to join its Employment practice in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation and advisory matters within a highly regarded, collaborative team. The role offers exposure to high-stakes employment disputes, including class and collective actions, alongside ongoing client counselling work. Key Responsibilities Represent employers in complex employment litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs Manage discovery processes and case strategy Handle class and collective action matters Advise clients on employment law issues and risk mitigation Work closely with clients and internal teams on ongoing matters Who You Are 5+ years of employment litigation and counselling experience Experience handling class and collective actions Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment Admitted to the California Bar Compensation Salary Range: $365,000 – $435,000 (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including bonus eligibility, healthcare, retirement plans and additional firm benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Of: Professional Services
