Labor and Employment Associate - Orange County

We are looking for a mid-level associate (approx. 4-5 years) to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in Orange County, CA Currently licensed to practice law in California At least 3+ years of solid experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions Experience providing daily advice and counsel concerning employment‑related matters (preferred) Experience/background in OSHA and Cal/OSHA (preferred) Buchalter employment attorneys partner closely with clients to provide broad, protective counsel that minimizes risk exposure. When litigation ensues, our attorneys are quick to respond and tailor an aggressive plan as needed to defend actions, including up to and through trial. Our critical risk‑management solutions allow clients to focus on managing their businesses while we manage the details of their employment problems. We work with business management to ensure workplace compliance and an immediate response when conflict arises. We provide advice and counsel to business and defend employers from lawsuits. Our clients vary from closely‑held companies to major financial institutions, banks, restaurant chains, manufacturers and retailers, with offices and locations nationwide. Compensation Expected pay range: $190,000–$235,000 annually, depending on years of practice, experience, and performance. Eligible for annual performance bonuses based on productivity.
