The Role Title: Mid‑Level Employment Associate (5–7 years) You will: Serve as the linchpin on wage & hour / class & collective matters. Draft and argue motions (including class cert), oppositions, and dispositives; prepare strong, persuasive briefs. Take/defend depositions, manage discovery, prepare mediations, and support/handle arbitrations. Coordinate parallel individual and class disputes, particularly in California. Mentor juniors and collaborate closely with partners. Salary & Benefits Base: up to $190,000 (DOE) + Bonus Benefits: Full medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, professional development support. Remote: 100% remote option (CA‑based docket) or hybrid in Emeryville or Los Angeles. Requirements (Must‑Haves) 5–7 years plaintiff‑side employment litigation experience.
