Areas of practice: Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour class actions Take and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions. Collaborate closely with the principal; help move files decisively and deliver results for clients. Up to $350k package inc commissions and origination Requirements 8–10+ years plaintiff employment litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.
