Working under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this entry-level role helps ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently while supporting maintenance activities across the organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and willing to learn a variety of hands-on maintenance and facility support responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Facility Maintenance Equipment & Systems Support Safety & Compliance Facility Organization & Housekeeping

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail. Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. Preferred Experience in a maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Experience performing minor repairs, general upkeep, or preventative maintenance tasks.
