About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy, with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth. The CRO will be responsible for pioneering the organization's revenue vision across partnerships, ticketing, and emerging streams, and will be a key member of the executive team, shaping the overall business strategy. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in commercial performance, deep experience in the sports or adjacent industries, and a strong passion for the growth of professional soccer in the United States. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the revenue strategy, establishing key performance metrics, and identifying new commercial opportunities. They will also be responsible for leading the club's partnership strategy, driving high-impact deal-making, and developing innovative models that align with the brand and community-driven platform. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of senior leadership experience in partnership or ticket sales. The role requires an individual with exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as expertise in enterprise P&L management. The CRO will be expected to lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure enterprise-wide alignment on revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry, be adept at representing the organization at various events, and be a thought leader in modern sports monetization. A background in professional sports, particularly in the soccer landscape, is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and a commitment to the values of the organization.
